New Family Applicants

Christ the King Academy is open to any Christian family desiring to secure a kindergarten through 9th grade Christian education. Students must qualify for admission.

The admissions procedure includes an assessment, recommendations, and an interview process. The basis for student evaluations are transcripts, report cards, references, admission questionnaires, interview responses, and the anticipated ability to perform satisfactorily at CKA. Consideration is also made of CKA's programs meeting the individual student’s needs. Only students able to handle CKA curriculum will be considered for admission. CKA is not able to provide for the student in need of special educational help.

How to Apply

As part of the admissions process, the application along with three recommendation forms must be submitted as an Application Packet. After entrance assessment, administration will review the assessment, application, and recommendations. You will be contacted for an interview with the principal if the application packet shows student readiness for our program.

Some qualifying students may use public school resources in speech therapy, resource room, and physical and/or occupational therapy. Accommodations will be made for such absences on an individual basis. Transportation to and from the two schools can be arranged with Kitsap Transit or the North Kitsap School District.

Financial Tuition Grants

Christ the King Academy is committed to being accessible to families. In order to assist families, each year we set aside financial grant funds. Financial grant consideration is processed at time of application or re-registration. If enrollment is contingent upon a financial grant, and funds are not available, the applicant may request a refund of their registration fee. The maximum grant available per family is 50 percent of their tuition.
